Is the software compliant with PDPA and ISO standards?

Yes. PractoPal is built with security and privacy in mind. We are actively working toward ISO 27001 certification.

Where is the data hosted?

PractoPal is hosted on secure AWS servers in Singapore with 99.9% uptime SLA and PDPA compliance.

Can PractoPal connect to ophthalmic equipment or lens suppliers?

Yes. We have an API and EDI integrations to connect with your equipment or preferred lens vendors.

Are there any government grants available?

Yes, we support clients applying for grants such as the Enterprise Development Grant (EDG) and Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) where eligible.

What is the pricing structure?

S$150/store/month. Setup is S$2,000/company. Integration with 3rd party software (e.g., Xero, Shopify) is S$1,000/integration.

Can I manage multiple stores within one account?

Absolutely. PractoPal supports centralized control with branch-level visibility across all store locations.

Is there a mobile app for customers?

Yes. We offer a white-labelled app with your store’s branding for appointment booking, vouchers, loyalty, and more.

Does PractoPal support e-commerce and WhatsApp marketing?

Yes. PractoPal includes modules for product listings, voucher campaigns, and WhatsApp integration for automated appointment reminders and promotions. PractoPal integrates with Shopify and WordPress, subjected to additional customisation fees.

Can I migrate my existing customer and sales data into PractoPal?

Yes. Our team can assist with secure data migration from Excel or existing systems like Plato, Frontwave etc.

How long does onboarding typically take?

Onboarding typically takes 3–6 weeks, depending on the data migration needs. A dedicated specialist will guide you through every stage from setup to training.
